How do I get started?

Getting started is simple.

Complete either our Contact form for general enquiries or our Curate Your Journey questionnaire if you're planning a trip to Lisbon.

Once we understand your needs, we'll recommend the most suitable service, provide transparent pricing where applicable, and begin creating your personalised experience. 

Do I need a membership?

No.

You can book one-time concierge services or become an ongoing client if you require regular assistance.

Can I make urgent requests?

Yes.

Urgent requests are accepted whenever availability allows.

Additional rush fees may apply depending on the complexity and timeframe.

How quickly will I receive a response?

For general questions submitted through our Contact form, we aim to respond within one hour, often much sooner during business hours.

If you've submitted a Curate Your Journey request, please allow 24–36 hours for us to carefully review your preferences and craft a personalized itinerary and proposal.

For existing clients, response times are typically even faster.

Are my payments secure?

Your payment is processed securely through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors.

We never store your credit card information on our servers. All payment information is encrypted and handled securely by Stripe using industry-leading security standards.

Do you save my payment information?

No.

Payment details are securely managed by Stripe. We do not have access to your full card information.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes.

Every completed payment includes a receipt or invoice for your records. If you need Company Details added, please let us know in advance

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Because many concierge services involve time, research, reservations, or third-party bookings, completed work and non-refundable third-party expenses generally cannot be refunded.

If an issue arises, please contact us and we'll work toward a fair resolution.

Is my information confidential?

Your personal information and requests are never shared unless required to complete your requested service.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes.

Client privacy and discretion are central to our concierge service. If your request involves sensitive personal, business, or confidential information, we're happy to review and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) where appropriate.

Do you share my information with anyone?

Only when necessary to fulfill your request (for example, making reservations, arranging transportation, or booking accommodations).

Otherwise, your information remains private.

What happens if something unexpected occurs during my trip? 

I don't just provide tours—I also provide local support. If you experience an emergency such as a theft, accident, medical issue, or another unexpected situation, I can accompany you to the appropriate authorities, help translate conversations, explain procedures, and assist you through the process so you're not dealing with it alone. 

Please take into account: I provide guidance, translation, and practical assistance, but I am not a lawyer, healthcare professional, insurance representative, or emergency responder. In urgent emergencies, local emergency services should always be contacted first.
